Lewis County, Washington
Lewis County is a county located in the U.S. state of Washington. As of the 2010 census, the population was 75,455.〔(【引用サイトリンク】url=http://quickfacts.census.gov/qfd/states/53/53041.html )〕 The county seat is Chehalis,〔(【引用サイトリンク】accessdate=2011-06-07 )〕 and its largest city is Centralia. The county was created on December 19, 1845, by the Provisional Government of Oregon, and originally named after George Vancouver. Lewis County comprises the Centralia, WA Micropolitan Statistical Area, which is also included in the Seattle-Tacoma, WA Combined Statistical Area.

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the county has a total area of , of which is land and (1.4%) is water. One of the world's tallest Douglas fir trees ever recorded was in the town of Mineral within Lewis County, attaining a height of .〔C.
